Outside contracts and licensed general contracting at scale still depend on insurance and (where required) contractor licensing — we communicate honestly about what we can and cannot sell.
What we focus on today
- Rental homes — Edwardsville first; Metro East as a secondary focus when inventory fits.
- Repair, maintenance & turnover — for our rentals and local homes that ask. Not third-party portfolio management.
We are not taking on management for other people's rental portfolios right now. Hourly labor and general contracting at scale wait on insurance and licensing where required.
